A5 MIYAZAKI GYU

Wagyu beef (of "gyu" in Japanese) is world famous for its high degree of marbling and extraordinary depth of flavor.

Japan Premium Beef carries imported Wagyu beef from the Miyazaki prefecture of Japan. This beef is called "Miyazaki Gyu" and is rated "A5" by the Japanese beef grading system.

A5 Miyazaki Gyu has won consecutive 1st place awards in the 9th and 10th Japanese National Competitive Exhibition of Wagyu and is chosen as the exclusive Wagyu offering by Japan Premium Beef due to its exceptional quality.

A5 Miyazaki Ribeye contains a beautiful marbleization and provides a fine texture with a rich and buttery taste. The Ribeye cut is located in the central part of the loin, where the "Chuck Roll" and "New York Striploin" meet.
