Japan Premium Beef has been the neighborhood specialty butcher shop in NoHo since 2009. We were previously located at 57 Great Jones St, until 2018 when we moved next door to our present location. Wagyu, Washugyu, and Mujifuji Pork are available at this location and can be cut to order (Groud, Kiriotoshi, Shabu-Shabu, Steaks, Yakiniku, etc.). We pride ourselves on having the highest quality meat and service.
