RETURN POLICY

RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

Once you receive your purchase, we basically cannot accept any return, exchange or refund. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product in its original packaging, with the original receipt within 72 hours of purchase. Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will let you know if your return is approved or not after. Please note that once you freeze the meat, we will not be able to offer you any return, exchange or refund.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be considered, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Any discolored or melted meats caused by the circumstances after the purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.
